- IIriannySan Diego •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoA fun experience! Came here for Valentine’s Day with reservations and had a smooth experience. Because of the holiday they only had a 5 tasting course. It was a bit packed understandably. The drinks were amazing! The food was a culinary experience. The service was on par. We were there for close to 3 hours however because the food came out very slow, however they gave us a discount because of it without us even asking. Amazing attention to detail!More infoWormwoodPrice: Very Expensive• French• North Park•4.6

The service was exceptional -- all staff were friendly and professional. The presentation of each dish was beautiful and the black truffle lobster risotto was especially memorable. Excellent Italian wine selection from every region of Italy.More infoCori Pastificio TrattoriaPrice: Moderate• Italian• North Park•4.8

Norma was our server and she was so attentive, answered our questions and very good at her job. This was our second time there to eat and drink and we will definitely be returning.More infoCacio E Pepe Trattoria RomanaPrice: Moderate• Italian• North Park•4.3

- MMargueriteLos Angeles •18 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoSeneca is the perfect restaurant for a special celebration. I took my good friend there for her birthday and from the moment we were greeted by the smiling hostess until the very end of service, we were treated exceptionally well. The service was extremely professional, yet warm and friendly. The food was phenomenal and we took our time and savored every delicious bite. We never felt rushed, despite it being a very busy night. Our table had a view of San Diego Bay, the airport, and a northwesterly view of the city. It was beautiful. We started with the arancini and scampi, which were both so delicious. We shared two pasta dishes - Cavatelli All Sugo Di Angelo and the Cacio E Pepe. I was a little sad that they changed the style of the Casio E Pepe, it was more like a macaroni & cheese, but was still tasty. The Cavatelli was perfect though! We ordered a dessert and they brought over a complimentary cannoli with a birthday candle for my friend. I highly recommend Seneca to anyone looking for a special place for not only a celebration, but to celebrate a wonderful meal.More infoSenecaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Downtown / Gaslamp•4.7
