Seriously, this guy must moonlight as a mind reader or something. And then there’s Greg—the chef. Oh man, this dude’s not just a chef; he’s an artist with a side of wizardry. He came out into the dining room, checking on everyone like a culinary superhero. By the time we finished our four-course Michelin-star-level meal, all I wanted to do was shake this guy’s hand and thank him for putting together a dining experience that went way beyond anything I could’ve dreamed up. Excellent food as always, Chef came to table to explain certain things server could not. Pork chop is not to be missed; it’s the only restaurant I trust with that dish!
