Best Restaurants that are Worth The Drive in Newport

i'm a big fan of El Adobe restaurant, so you're always going to be an excellent review from me.. however this trip was one of my favorites. There was a wedding reception in the back area, which led to some extra excitement, but they also had the live harp player inside. The harpist played a Beatles song, and when we requested another Beatles song, he came over to our table to play an amazing version of "Hey Jude". the food was on point, our server Gil was a sweetheart, and the drinks were fantastic.

Great experience: server was welcoming and attentive; relaxed ambience with beautiful view; and generous portion of fish and chips, with well spiced fries!

This was our first time at Farmhouse at Roger's Gardens, and we fell in love. The twinkling lights everywhere made my heart happy. The boys loved the burger and fries, and even the ketchup was made in-house! I had the pizza of the day, a prosciutto and Honeycrisp apple concoction that was delightful and delicious. Who knew apples worked on a pizza?!? My daughter had the half Jidori chicken, which was juicy and tender, and a large enough portion that she took half of it home with her. We also sampled two desserts, the lemon tart and apple crisp. Both were amazing, but the apple crisp was our favorite of the two. I definitely will be back and highly recommend this spot for a satisfying farm-to-fork meal.

This was our third visit to Stella’s. The food and service has been consistently quite good. The ambiance is charming. Unfortunately, the cocktails have been disappointing. We had to send back our drinks since the quality was poor.

Passed by this place hundreds of times but finally tried and can understand why its the favorite local restaurant of good friends of ours. Menu offered a wide variety of interesting choices, food was great, and service was outstanding.
