- BBillvipGreater Boston •88 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoThis was our first time at Sogno and we're already looking forward to returning. It was a quiet start to the day so we sat at the bar and Izza could not have provided any better service. We were not rushed and when things changed she let us know. Being new we decided to take our time and try a bit of a few things starting with a white wine. They have a nice selection and priced well. We shared the Arancini for a starter. Having Cacio e Pepe inside was a nice choice, but the lovely crusty outside really set this starter apart (from the same dish at other places). We next chose a red wine to go with our dinners. We had a general selection and were going to ask for assistance as they have an excellent selection of Borolo's but while we waited for Kelly to assist notice something different (that's one of the good (and bad) things of Italian wines, there are so many grapes); Mastroberardine. Kelly explained that was the area the owners are from, and that sold us. It was a lovely wine to go with my Bolognese and Julie's Genovese Tagliatelle. The Bolo was a little different with a bit less meat and a bit more tomato than I think of true Italian Bolognese, but it was delicious (and I will have it again). Julies Genovese was exquisite, definitely a must try. Winding down we decided to spilt a dessert, the ricotta pie was excellent. We try new places mainly based on the food and wine but here as most of our favorite places, the people truly shined Izza and Kelly made our meal special and ensured we'll be back. Thank you both. - AArleneGreater Boston •59 reviews4.0Dined on 10 Nov 2024Hadn't been here in years. Very reasonable prices, entrees under $20! Fun place for our group. Waitress was very nice, The food was very good overall. My lobster quesadillas were quite yummy but portion was small, more like an appetizer. Steak fahitas was good, steak not very tender tough and skimpy on rice/ beans. Tacos were enjoyed by 2 of our party. Mexican lasagna was a bit too spicy for the person who got it, and she didn't realize it was a vegetarian dish though ingredients were listed. , maybe should label. Chicken fahitas was generous portion and enjoyed by the party who got them. The flan was good but a bit dense.More infoOléPrice: Moderate• Mexican• Cambridge•4.6

- VVeroniqueGreater Boston •1 review5.0Dined on 19 Oct 2024It was our first time at Oliveira's Steakhouse and we had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly and welcoming , the food was delicious. We were impressed with the many choices at the buffet and the options of meat served table-side. I felt that the price was reasonable for the amount of food we got. We chose the All You Can Eat option at $49.99pp and had more than enough to eat, overall it was a great experience and we will definitely come back!More infoOliveira's Steakhouse - SomervillePrice: Moderate• Brazilian Steakhouse• Somerville•4.5
