Pella may be the best restaurant in Chicago. Everything is always PERFECTION. The chef is basically a food GOD. Service is top notch, ambiance is lovely, everything is well thought out and well executed. European cuisine at its freshest, brightest and europeanish. Yeah, I love Pella. Everyone should eat here, regularly and with gusto

I was particularly impressed by the appetizers. The brussel sprouts appetizer was a standout, with its crispy exterior and flavorful interior. The combination of textures and flavors tantalized my taste buds and left a lasting impression. For my main meal, I opted for the chicken pot pie. The presentation was visually appealing, and the taste did not disappoint. The flaky crust and savory filling were a harmonious blend of flavors, making it a mouthwatering dish. The portion was generous, and I found myself savoring each bite. The restaurant went above and beyond to make my birthday celebration special. They went above and beyond to ensure my dining experience was memorable. They not only provided excellent service but also surprised me with a free voucher for a free appetizer on my next visit.
