Best Restaurants with Bar Seating in Braintree

I never write reviews but the food is incredible and the service is amazing. The food comes out so quick and the servers I’ve had have been so sweet and give helpful recommendations. I just moved to the area so have only been twice but plan to go a lot more!

We booked Lucie because it's attached to the Colonade Hotel where we were staying but will make a point to visit on future Boston trips regardless of where we stay. The location is really good - on the south side of the Prudential Center - perfect for parents who are visiting students at Northeastern University but central no matter what (also close to some to the big hotels - Sheraton, Back Bay Hilton, Copley Marriott, Four Seasons). My evaluation of a restaurant starts with the ambiance and bar area, and this place nails that. You walk in through the lobby of the hotel into the restaurant bar, and the lighting and music level are perfect, with a nice lounge area with couches and comfortable chairs. The beer taps were cold and fresh, and the wine was very fairly priced (if not surprisingly low, but I'm used to NYC prices). The bartenders were attentive and conversational. The front of the room is all glass and looks out onto Huntington Avenue. The tables in the dining room are well spaced and have really comfortable leather chairs, and the service was very good. The food was good and well presented - I especially liked the appetizer options which were mostly good for sharing. I travel to Boston often and typically stay in that general area. I'm relaly glad I found Lucie!

Had an amazing dining experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The real highlight, though, was the service—Chris was outstanding! Friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. He even gave great recommendations that did not disappoint. The ambiance was perfect, and the whole experience was top-tier. Will definitely be back—big shoutout to Chris for making it extra special!

Nice little spot. Service was tip notch. Food was awesome!! The wife and I got the steak tips. I had the parmesan fries with the freshes broccoli. Sge got the tips with garlic mash and broccoli. Food came out phenomenal. Can't wait for another date night. 5 stars!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
