When visiting the restaurant, patrons descend 18 feet underground in a canopied glass elevator, accessed from street level, for a culinary experience unlike any other. The American Steakhouse offers an expansive 1,800 square foot subterranean courtyard allowing patrons to dine al fresco and enjoy a New Orleans-inspired exterior space. This cool oasis is complete with a 20 foot, 5-tiered granite water wall, multi-tiered landscaping, lava rock fire pit, and black granite bar.     The service, ambience and food were all exquisite. My wife and I were 15 minutes late and they were able to accommodate us. Upon arrival we were greeted with friendly smiles and promptly seated. Our server was knowledgeable and down to earth. Speed of service relating to the food was adequate for the time of year (Valentines day weekend). Overall, we had a great time and will come back.

    I can’t get enough of this place at all. Great food, Great environment, Great Everything. I will admit I went 2-13-25 and my food was amazing until I got my southern fried chicken and it was too salty. BUT, they brought out another fresh order quickly, and it was perfect. This place is literally perfect!
