Skyviews Restaurant is a full-service, largely self-supporting restaurant designed and operated to provide a hospitality laboratory experience for up to 50 students each week. While you are enjoying an excellent meal in the lovely surroundings, students are developing skills and applying knowledge. Every day is a learning experience for our students, and we welcome comments and suggestions as we strive to improve your dining experience. We greatly appreciate your patronage. Please note that reservations are limited due to the nature of our restaurant. Dinner reservations fill up quickly and will close 24 hours prior to dinner.     The food was excellent! We had the chicken piccata and French opera cake for desert. Every bite was perfect (even on valentines dinner, when usually food quality and service drop at other restaurants). The tiramisu martini and lovers spritz were wonderful as well. We would absolutely recommend this restaurant!

    We had the tenderloin steak and shrimp which was amazing! The steak had a great flavor and was very tender. The shrimp was big and grilled perfectly. Our waitress was very attentive and kept checking back with us. This is now my favorite steakhouse in Lubbock.

    Excellent business meal with staff and a job candidate! Loved all we ate and the conversation was good due to the distance between tables. Gary is the best! He keeps an eye on his students and teaches them how to be attentive and serve with care!

    Food was delicious! The hummus is so flavorful! Doesn't taste so typical. The pork chop was cooked to leave a faint pink, very, very moist and a delicious crust. Veggies were also well pan roasted with good color and flavor.
