Pleasant gateway in downtown LA. Food was pretty good too.

A truly wonderful experience, they were very busy so a few items took longer than usual but all in all it was a wonderful dinner wonderful experience good service, an owner that really cares. The most beautiful thing about this restaurant is the very menu the surprising specials backed by, wonderful standards like the awesome Osso Bucco and Papadilio Bolognese. Top Shelf all the way.

If you're craving authentic Japanese food, Shin-Sen-Gumi Yakitori & Men-Ya in Alhambra is a must-visit! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with an authentic vibe that transports you straight to Japan. I started with their famous Japanese meat skewers—absolutely delicious! The yakitori was perfectly grilled, with just the right amount of char and tenderness. The flavors were spot-on, and each skewer was a delightful burst of savory goodness. Next, I had the ramen. The broth was rich and flavorful, with a great depth that comes from hours of careful preparation. The noodles were perfectly cooked, and the toppings (from soft-boiled eggs to tender slices of pork) really elevated the dish. It's easily one of the best ramen bowls I've had. To round out the meal, I enjoyed a glass of cold sake. It was smooth and refreshing, a perfect complement to the meal. Overall, everything was great. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food came out quickly without sacrificing quality. Whether you're a fan of yakitori or ramen, this place does it right. My Son’s graduation with family went so Good and the waitress was sooo nice and helpful and humbled she was attentive and so friendly the food was delicious. I hadn’t been here in a long time i love the chances and the vibe.thank you
