Best Restaurants with a Fireplace in Seaford

First visit to Brasserie, and will be first of many. Hands down best French on LI. Went as a party of 5, and all meals were exceptional! Appetizers: Seared foie gras is the real deal and generously portioned. Baked camembert generated oohs and aahs. Mains: Filet mignon--fine cut and perfectly grilled. Cassoulet--excellent confit and perfect ratio of beans/meat. Duck Magret: tender and delicious--what you hope for in a LI duck. Bass Filet--melts in your mouth. Chicken cordon bleu: lightly breaded and fried and perfectly executed. All dishes well-presented. Table visit from chef-owner Aless is a special touch that shows class and caring! Our server Michael was a real pro! All in all an excellent experience and can't stop raving about it. Opened last year, Aless and Justin are for real! Can't wait to go back!

Very happy with our dinner. Food was excellent. Service was very attentive.

We had a 6:30 reservation and from the time we sat down to the time we left it was a great experience! We started with the calamari appetizer which was fried perfectly and the addition of cherry pepper “chips” (sliced cherry peppers lightly dredged in the calamari coating, and then fried) was a nice pop of heat. It added another layer of flavor that was unexpected, but very welcome. My wife got the Steak Frittes. The steak was cooked perfectly and fries had great flavor. I got the whole branzino and was not disappointed! The fish was cooked perfectly and the taste was phenomenal! We will definitely be returning!

Another great meal at Chadwicks! I continue to write the same review because my feelings don’t change. The food is consistently good, the service is exceptional, the atmosphere is lovely and the price point is very fair.

We go every year for our anniversary since we got married at Fox Hollow 7 years ago. Food is always amazing! Service was great, we’ll be back again.
