Best Restaurants with a Fireplace in Riverwoods

Food was amazing. Server not great. Didn’t pick up empty plates. Others had to come by and help support. Asked if they could take the menus before taking our orders. Couldn’t recommend on cocktails.

Seated quickly; super friendly, impeccable and attentive service; wonderful value, both hubby’s steak and my salmon were substantial and cooked to perfection. Getting soup AND salad is a blast from the past and gives Jameson’s a step up from the rest! The love music was a fun touch. Neighborhood treasure we need to frequent more often!

Everything was amazing the food excellent but at the bar was bad there were no bartenders and we had to wait a lot for a drink but there was a lady there and she was amazing and made us great drinks she rocked💜

Our first time trying Rosebud Wheeling and it was mostly impressive! The prices( as with most restaurants like this) are too steep! Be selective as to not over do it! The only disappointment was the complimentary rolls! Two rather basic dinner rolls dressed up in glossy oil or melted butter with flecks of parsley! Tasteless! I think given the upper level caliber of this establishment- Rosebud should do better or don’t bother! This was a very cheap opening to our meal!

The service was phenomenal! Issac was outstanding! The food was served quickly and at the correct temp. We had 8 people in our party and everyone felt treated well. I had a braised lamb shank. It was sooooo delicious !!! I highly recommend it. The potatoes on my plate were slightly salty. The ambience was perfect! The fireplace was on. Several of my friends loved the meals they ordered.
