Best Restaurants with Private Rooms in Southend

Pepper Vine was Fantastic! From excellent service to exceptional tasting food. The yeast rolls are the best rolls ever! We had the oysters, gem salad, mushroom pasta, and shrimp pasta! Would go back if I lived here or visit again. Even the dirty martini blue cheese olives were some of the best I have tasted. They certainly are doing everything right in this restaurant. Thank you!
