Best Restaurants for Quiet Conversation in Chantilly

Good menu choices; some of the food was not as flavorful as expected. Very good service. Not a quiet place for close conversations, but then again they do advertise as a dinner. I’d recommend it for a casual outing.

We shared some of the appetizers. The bacon wrapped scallops were excellent. The lentil soup was fresh and delicious. Dover sole was a whole fish, moist, tender and well cooked with excellent flavor. Lamb chops were tender and well seasoned. Everything was excellent, including service. The service was very pleasant and professional. Love the small, intimate dining rooms at Dante.

The restaurant was empty which was confusing because our waitress wasn’t super attentive. The mini burgers are our go to but they seemed a little neglected.

Went to Istanbal Blue with two girlfriends for lunch - it was our first visit. It's a charming restaurant with a very nice vibe. I appreciated that they still use white tablecothes! The atmosphere felt a tad elevated but far from stuffy or fancy. The service was prompt and effecient, The food came quickly and was very good. My only minor complaint was that the music seemed too loud for the small space. I would have preferred that it be turned down as I found it distracting.
