At Babette, the husband and wife team of Joan Ellis and Patrick Hooker, are in the kitchen preparing each plate to ensure that their vision and taste profile are translated to each diner. The interior of the restaurant is natural brick and the couple have chosen a rich color palette of deep blues and greens for the walls.     We reserved a table for four and arrived twenty minutes early, but the host found a nice table for us. The restaurant was very busy and everyone seemed to be having a good time. Our server was very nice and always came in a timely manner. Our food was very tasty and cooked well. The desserts were very good as well. Also the mixed cocktails were delicious. We enjoyed ourselves and will definitely return.

    Can’t believe it took us eleven months to try Rose’s! What a great spot! Great vibe, delicious burger and Patatas Bravas. And, with only one server (Rose), the service was perfect. And we heard las nite, that they now have the liquor license that allows them to let people under 21 in to the restaurant. Bad news, because this place is going to get very busy soon…but we will wait our turn to come back very soon!
