He was inspired by his late mother, Hilda, who influenced his interest in cooking when he was a child growing up in Fall River, MA. There were some execution errors with our food, but they were not to the point of returning a dish. The server and oyster man were fantastic. The menu is excellent and the bar seems solid too. I only had a draft beer, but the selection was unique and well balanced. We will be back!

This restaurant is always 100% on target. We have eaten here almost every time we visit New Orleans, and the food and service are always absolutely amazing. I would recommend this place if you have never been here, and I can promise you won't be disappointed!
