Best Casual Restaurants in Papillion / Bellevue

We have been to Talus a few times. We live about 40 miles away so it’s a bit of a drive. But we were celebrating my birthday with our best friends and I chose Talus because it is always good and we were able to make a reservation. We were seated right away in a booth which was perfect as our friend Dave will be having a hip surgery soon and the booths are more comfortable. Our server, Angela, came over right away with waters and to take our drink order and explain the Valentines menu. She made our experience that much better. I had the cod which was cooked to perfection and super flaky. The potatoes served with it were excellent and the vegetable medley was delicious . Our friend Marilyn had the seafood risotto which was delicious and creamy and a very generous portion. The guys had the salmon and both said it was some of the best they have had. The Valentines special drinks were very good especially the raspberry which was so creamy and delicious. Worth the drive and we will definitely be back.

My girlfriend and I had an excellent experience here for our date night wonderful ambiance, excellent food and friendly service. I am particularly picking about hollandaise sauce but the one they serve with the asparagus as a side for the filet mignon was one of the best I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Would recommend 10/10 to anyone.

We had a wonderful dinner! We chose the Cupid’s Menu for Valentine’s Day and it was delicious. The chef and staff were able to accommodate all our requests and the food was truly amazing!!! We will be back very soon!

We had sushi an app and some traditional items on the menu. It was phenomenal and the prices were fantastic

Overall it was a great dinner experience. The food was great and the service was outstanding!
