Best Restaurants for Birthdays in Hastings / Sunrise

Great They are very attentive to my bivalve allergy. This time, no one has asked us if we need a refill on our side dishes; may be they are too busy. Our server came to our table a lot more last time. Other than the foods were excellent as usual and the services were friendly.

From booking to departing the restaurant we had an incredible experience from start to finish. The floor team along with the kitchen team are all 100% dedicated to quality, service, and ensuring you are happy. We would have no hesitation to recommend a night at Top of Vancouver.

2nd time here and order exact same set menu and was amazing - added brisket pho which was so delicious! Service is always outstanding and it's the main reason i go here

First time coming here. Wonderful service. Ambience is perfect. My husband and I totally loved their brussel sprouts(the char is perfect and the sauce is sublime) and beef tartare (love the cracker underneath the tartare and the flavouring with the egg yolk is amazing). 10/10 King salmon for one of the entrees is also perfect. The fish texture is wonderful, just cooked right. The sauce is the showstopper basically elevating the dish. 10/10 Mushroom risotto- we loved the taste but the consistency is not what we expected from a risotto. Otherwise, flavour is on point. 8/10 Roasted pork belly- my husband rates it at 7/10. He loved the pork belly itself but didn’t feel the puree properly complemented the meat. I would also rate it at 7/10 but mostly because i thought it would be crispier or at least have crispy edges but i do love the puree and the chicharonnes with it. Lastly my husband and I got the salted caramel pot de creme. Loved it. 10/10. Not too sweet. Loved the texture with the vanilla breton on top. My husband also got the Americano to finish, wonderful and superb as he said it. 10/10. Definitely will come back here and try their other dishes. ❤️

We’ve been here many times, I think Valentine’s Day made it not quite as smooth of an experience as usual. The cocktails were top notch, the sablefish risotto was fantastic, pizza amazing as always, the burger was good but not as good as previous ones. My only negative comment on this restaurant is the metal chair legs on the concrete floors are horrendously noisy and it takes away from the atmosphere. Still love this place and truly understand the Michelin Recommended!
