Always great food, service -hostess always try to get the best seat when makes reservation, a service dog is treat wonderfully!

William Stevenson was our waiter—honestly, he made the whole experience so much better. He’s one of those people who’s just naturally good at what they do. Super warm, easy to talk to, and you could tell he actually cared about making sure we had a great time. He gave thoughtful recommendations without feeling pushy and checked in at just the right times. It felt more like being hosted by a friend than just “getting served.” If you’re lucky enough to have William taking care of you, you’re in for a good night. The food was great! Sides were pretty good and the fried/ crispy fish was incredible with the coconut like flavor. Tasted like some food I had in the Bahamas, which is a W for Castaway

This was a GREAT dining experience. We frequently visit high-end restaurants in LA and this was easily one of our favorites. Dinner and a show, with a level of entertainment and a quality of food we were not expecting; a welcome surprise. The decor is vibrant and beautiful and there are varied seating options, no matter what ambiance you're looking for. For those who like to be close to the action, there's seating near the open kitchen, but for those who want a more intimate dining experience, there's plenty of table space elsewhere to accommodate. Live music and dancing during dinner were exciting and fun, adding to the experience, but I would not say this is a "quiet" dining experience. We LOVED it. The food was EXCELLENT. Top tier, especially for high-class dining. Often in LA County, you get good food or a good vibe but Katsin has both. The portion sizes are large and very delicious. The beef cheeks are rich, buttery, and savory, while the Mediterranean-style lamb chops were some of the best I've had in SoCal. Dishes are well-cooked and seasoned to perfection. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and attentive and the service was 10/10.

Bacari GDL is hands down my favorite restaurant in L.A.! If you haven’t tried this place, you’re truly missing out. The food is consistently excellent every time I visit, and the ambience is both hip and incredibly fun. The staff here is exceptional—they make you feel like the most important guest, even when the place is packed. A special shoutout to Christian, Cal, and Gee—thank you for being such wonderful people. Your kindness and attentiveness always stand out. Oh, did I mention they are funny as well? I’m already looking forward to my next visit—see you all tomorrow!

Was really impressed with the restaurant when my husband and I first arrived. Server was really attentive. Once we got our food, it's like we didn't exist. We had finished our drinks before our food got there. All they did was take our plates and empty glasses off the table once we finished eating, didn't even offer us water or a refill. I wanted another drink but after waiting 20+ minutes to even find our server or get him to notice us. We just asked for the check. We opted out of the optional service charge and let our server know and his first response was a rude "Why?!" He then tried to guilt us by saying "Okay, I'll just take off my tip and bring you dessert." Which we declined since we waited so long for the check, I didn't want to wait any longer for a little dessert. The food was DELICIOUS though, just wish it was ruined by the poor service.
