Best Comfort Food Restaurants in Midway

Our dining experience was excellent. Therefore, this may be a little longer. The Golden Hour martini was a real favorite. Our appetizers were excellent. The eildgame tartare was beyond description, best tartare I've ever eaten. The octopus, done in a Spanish bbq style, was a little spicy for me, but cooked perfectly. The Ceasars salad was the real deal, with white anchovies. The entres stole the show. Charred Elk Chops were best I've ever had, thick, cooked rare+, at my request, brocollini and other complimentary sides. Soooooooo goid. The Red Trout was equally good, and had a wonderful accompanying side of creamed corn, real hominy and other vegetables. Haven't had good hominy in decades. This was the real thing. Dessert was a beautiful presentation of chocolate mousse.. and it was the crowning glory. Sooooooooooooo recommend this dining experience.

Francks is always an amazing experience from the moment you walk in the door. The staff is always on point, the food is exquisite and the atmosphere is perfect to just sit back and enjoy.

Amazing food. Great service. The kitchen rocks! Food variety is great for groups. Cozy place especially if you’re staying at the Cliff.

Been coming on a yearly basis for more than 10 or so years and still very satisfied with the quality of food, choices, etc. Plan to come back again next year, although Park City and particularly Deer Valley are making it nearly impossible to find lodging that accepts dogs.

Arrived early, still seated immediately. Braised pork shank and their Dog Lake Pale Ale made for a great match.
