Best Open Kitchen Restaurants in Miami Lakes

Excellent overall, though quite pricey when you factor in wine (many bottles $600 and up) and service charges. We had the 6-course seasonal menu. 2 of the items were phenomenal; 4 were excellent. We went for the optional 7th course (gnocchi with truffle), which was quite a disappointment in terms of consistency and flavor. We were surprised to find it was a $55/person up-charge

We haven’t been to Pinch in a year and a half. The menu has changed as they don’t offer the gourmet entrees they used to have. They are now catering more to the neighborhood. I understand but maybe as a special they can bring back a dish or two. Either way, they always serve great tasting food and good portions.

I loved the food and the service was great pedro our waiter took really good care of us and we will happily go again because of him Thank you Pedro !
