We first curate the wine list which includes 65+ wines by the glass and then design a food menu that specifically complements the wine. The kitchen is led by Executive Chef Julian Silvera who spent his early culinary career in restaurants in his native NYC.     Wow! This place is like stepping into a 3-star Michelin restaurant—every detail is perfection. The ambiance is elevated by live music, creating an unforgettable atmosphere. The menu is a masterpiece, constantly evolving to surprise and delight. And the wine? Absolutely exceptional. My wife and I have experienced wine pairings and flights all over the Bay Area, and this is hands-down the best. And that’s saying something, considering we’re members of over ten wineries! The staff goes above and beyond, making every visit feel special. We’ve been here more than a dozen times, and each experience surpasses the last. Truly a gem—live music, incredible food, and impeccable service. A must-visit!

    Our server Jill was amazing as always. If Jill didn’t work here me and my wife would be really sad. The staff supporting her is super terrific as well. The food was excellent as usual. Love this place all around. A plus plus.

    We had the 4-course tasting menu, and it was fantastic! The meal left us full and satisfied. The cocktails—Project G, Cosmopolitan, and Calm Seas—were phenomenal, with smooth textures, great mouthfeel, and complex flavors. The service was exceptional and truly elevated the experience! We enjoyed the Kona Kanpachi Crudo, Lobster Ravioli with Black Truffle, Basque Cheesecake, and Paris-Brest. Already looking forward to our next visit to The Plumed Horse!

    Best experience! Everything was so thoughtful and well organized! I just loved everyy about it. I might advice to focus a bit more on the plating - like pretty cups utensils, etc (just nice to have). Thank you everything was super tasty and great!
