Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in Casa Loma

Chef Corona and his team provide an excellent dining experience with quality ingredients and imaginative recipes. My family celebrated a birthday and the food, service and ambience did not disappoint. In fact we all felt it was one is the best meals we’ve enjoyed in Toronto. The Michelin Star is well-earned. We had the a la carte dinner in which you will find ample variety to suit your tastes. From the mains, the wagyu was very good and the lobster, also amazing. If you have a larger party (we had a table for 6), you might get one of two chef’s table situated in front of the open kitchen. It was an extra treat to watch the Chef and team bring the dishes to life! We recommend and will surely revisit.

Really good service, we were in a rush at the end and the server was really accommodating on our schedule. We got the winterlicious menu and the food is fantastic as usual. The pork belly melt in your mouth 🤤 the restaurant is kinda loud considering the price range of the restaurant, but it helps that we have a bigger group and the seating is much less crowded than 2 people table.

The minute you enter Linny’s you know a lovely experience awaits! The ambience is gorgeous and service exceptional. From the menu, we chose the Friday Evening Special option as a way to taste many house favourites. So many delicious items!!! A tiny disappointment … our steak was chewy and more fat than protein. It was an expensive evening but one we all thoroughly enjoyed. A venue to put on the list for special occasions.

Excellent service from beginning to finish. The kitchen did an outstanding job! I have never had flavors like this before. The pacing of the tasting menu was perfect and the ambience was just right. Thank you everyone especially Farabi, Louis, Eder and Jack! I already look forward to the next visit!

Excellent meal and service. Very pricey. The best value was the tasting menu. We got a sampling of mezzes, a salad, 2 large appetizers, 4 mains and a dessert for 4 people. We had plenty of delicious food and the value was better than a la carte. Noise level on the main floor was very high. We could hardly hear the servers and frequently could not hear each other. There was a large and sometimes boisterous group next to us which contributed to the noise level. One nice feature was the large tables so that there was plenty of room for our multiple dishes and glasses etc. We would definitely go again for a special occasion and request seating upstairs which may be quieter.
