Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in Johnston

We have been dining at Gracie's since it opened on Washington Street. The food has. been consistently excellent over all those years. Sometimes I have wondered whether Gracie's will be as good as I recall from the last visit, and without fail, my expectations are exceeded. The staff are efficient and knowledgeable, and there are special touches, such as having enough servers available to serve an entire table of diners at the same time. Although some items on the menu may seem like old standards, there always seem to be slight tweaks that create a bit of a new experience, without fail.

Rachel was amazing--knowledgable, prompt, timed the meal excellently. She has mastered a lost art !

Very interesting and creative renditions of classic Italian apps. The service was friendly and accommodating. We responded to an open table add for points and half price apps but drove 30 minutes from another town to check it out. We will now take the trip again. Very nice experience.

We enjoyed our dinner and especially loved Liz our server. She was attentive, fun and managed our tight schedule as we were off to a concert. The fluke was delicious prepared with polenta and risotto ( we had it both ways). I love supporting restaurants to at have been around for a while. So glad Nicks is still a great go to!
