Best Historic Restaurants in Castleton / Keystone Crossings

The Meridian has a neighborhood feel but with class. The ambiance is good for celebratory dinners for a group or an intimate dinner for two. You can expect to be attended to. The reception is warm. And you feel safe in the space and not rushed. Catlin was our server and she was exceptional! What I enjoy most is if you have special dietary needs, they listen and accommodate as best they can, which in my experience has proven to be above my expectations. I would recommend The Meridian to my friends.

Visited The Fountain Room during brunch for my birthday. The hostess and our server were very friendly and caring. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. The Fountain Room is beautiful and has such a cozy ambiance. I can’t wait to visit again.

Our amazing server Olivia was very knowledgeable about menu and craft cocktails. The beer steamed peel and eat shrimp were delicious. Fresh fish entrees were all very good with unique sauces and accompaniments. Key lime pie is more like a key lime cheesecake, it's a must have. We will definitely be dinning here again and also visiting on Saturday or Sunday for brunch.

I had never eaten there, whereas everyone else in our party of eight had. Breads, stuffed mushrooms, potato pancakes, numerous sausages, chambord raspberry cake--all superb. The hot sauce that accompanied the bread will knock your socks off. Have water handy. An attribute that we appreciate is that there is a large dining area where the acoustics are good, keeping the noise level relatively low. We live about 30 minutes away. It's worth the drive and we'll be back soon.

Exception lunch! Love the atmosphere and our server was amazing. Try the artichoke toast appetizer. Unique and SO good! Ice cream that cannot be beat!! Wow. Server so friendly and kind. Thank you
