Our waitress was professional, friendly and customer service oriented. She knew the best times to approach us and didn’t make us feel rushed. All the staff was cognizant of our needs and made us feel welcomed. We didn’t have to worry about an empty cup of water. We were asked several times how our experience was and they made sure we enjoyed our meals. We shared the brussels sprouts that were, AMAZING...I had the carrot ginger soup and a chronic roll and my friend had the meatloaf and fries. All great! Looking forward to the next time. From reception to table service, Erin or server... and the restaurant manager, the service was good, responsive. We had some issue with the 1st wine we selected and Erin noticed we were not drinking so she offered a change. Manager came, we settled and was happy with the new selection. Same thing happened with my Cioppino. there was hardly any seafood. I showed Erin.... Manager fixed it. :) It was a tasty bowl of Cioppino. That is the kind of service I would expect from any restaurant. Thank you Erin, Leo and evening Manager.
