We, Hashiri Bettei Kaiseki Aoki, deliver the experience of “kaiseki ryori,” a type of Japanese fine dining which historically developed to be served in the Japanese tea room. The tea room, as a space, symbolizes the home of the Japanese tea ceremony, a simple yet transformative experience offering a pause in time to appreciate the seemingly small experience of sharing tea. We had a wonderful time celebrating our friend’s birthday. Food was good, ambience great, cocktails were excellent and the service was par excellence. Alex was courteous, professional and made our celebration special. Highly recommend the restaurant. Will definitely come back again.

The cashew chicken salad was delicious! The lavender & lemon “Refresher” mocktail was a perfect accompaniment. We arrived at 11:30 and it was nice and quiet. It became more loud and lively as the place filled up. Tip: It is one of the few local restaurants open on Monday, so a reservation is a must! Parkside remains one of my favorite lunch spots. 👍🏻

It was a lovely and awesome experience! One of THE best restaurant I had so far for my birthday!!! Definitely a restaurant that I would love to come back!! The chef and our host are super nice and generous! Every single dish and their dining wares are OhLaLa!! It will soon be a Michelin Star restaurant for sure!!!!

My first visit to The Heid was a very pleasant one - it has a fine taste in decor and the whole Inn is in a lush green serene creek side setting. The appetizers/small bites were delicious and good to share with 2-4 people. We had Hummus, flatbread and charcuterie dishes. I and my friends were there during Happy Hour between 5 and 7pm when some beer and a couple of cocktail drinks were a few dollars off. I would go back and try their breakfast next time.
