So you ask why Wanda Byob? Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. Excellent. I had the rainbow trout entree. Fish was cooked to perfection, not dry. Brocolini had a nice crunch and roasted potatoes were well seasoned. Portions were generous. Our server was very attentive and patient with us. We did not fell rushed . All in all, it was a great dining experience.

We were warmly greeted by our friendly waiter Mario who provided superior customer service throughout our dinner. The food was superb from apps to entrees. A very memorable experience for everyone in our party. Highly recommend this restaurant for special occasions.
