Dailo is always delicious but this time we did winterlicious with a group of 4 - the waiter was smart about it and pre-emptively suggested everyone "ordering" a different item, but brought it out in portions enough for everyone, so that we ended up being able to eat the entire menu! Great value! Would definitely do it again.

Excellent service from beginning to finish. The kitchen did an outstanding job! I have never had flavors like this before. The pacing of the tasting menu was perfect and the ambience was just right. Great place. Drinks were good, but nothing new/extraordinary. The appetizers (we ordered a burrata and the cheesy garlic bread) both were really good. The pasta was good, but it was a slightly salty for my taste. If they get the salt right the pasta will definitely taste amazing! The lime tart as desert is a must. Will definitely come back.

We were searching for a fun and interesting tasting menu, and Ficoa did not disappoint! We have experienced many in Toronto, and this is the first one where the chef's love and passion truly shone through. Each dish was presented by chef Gerry himself, or a member of his knowledgeable staff, who explained not only the components of each plate, but why each was meaningful to him. This translates into the atmosphere of the restaurant itself, which is warm, comfortable and inviting. Thank you chef Gerry and team for bringing us into your home.
