Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in Central Scottsdale

Came to Roka for Valentine’s Day dinner and was immediately given a red rose upon arrival. 🌹 Nice touch. Had drinks at the bar before being seated and the bartenders were great! Counter dining service was fun, getting to watch all the food be prepped and expo’d made for good conversation. The sushi we had was amazing, especially loved the fatty tuna sashimi served with fresh ground rock salt! The mushroom hot pot was also one of my favorites! Have been to Roka many times in the past and it keeps getting better each time!

Excellent dining experience at Collins Brothers, as usual. My wife and I ate at Collins Brothers on Valentines Day evening, so the restaurant and bar areas were both very busy. Our server was excellent, very attentive to our food and cocktail needs. We both had the Lobster Bisque, followed by the Umami and Brown Rice salad. For our entree we shared the Butcher's Cut, a New York Strip steak with baked potato. We ordered the steak Medium Rare + and it was cooked perfectly. We eat at Collins Brothers frequently (often for Happy Hour) due to the quality of both the food and service. Our experience on Valentines Day was wonderful. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful meal on a Thursday evening. Just two of us. It was bustling as they have a solid happy hour daily 3:30-6:30. Started with beef tartare and octopus. Loved the endive vessel for the tartare instead of typical bread. Next course, gigli pasta - so simple yet full of flavor. I enjoyed the portion size for two people (smallish), allowing us to try a number of dishes. We are not big eaters but enjoy a variety. Lastly, as an entree we shared the branzino. Perfectly prepared, filleted, no head, no bones. The sauce was a compliment but did not take away the taste of the fish. Highly recommended! Service was spectacular too.

My Mom sister and I spent Galentines with them on Thursday. We came to check out this location, as we typically went to another location for special occasions. We had Akeely as our server, and he was AMAZING. He was kind, funny, attentive and had wonderful recommendations. We typically get the Tomohawk, but it was out this night. He recommended the Prime Bone In, its place. It was delicious and cooked perfectly to our choice of Medium. From beginning to end, we had a wonderful time and plan to be back asap for my birthday. Johnathan the Manager was also super sweet and clearly runs a high morale set of team members. Thank you!

We had a wonderful dining experience because of the professionalism of Rachael the restaurants manager. The restaurant had so many new hires but because of Rachael, she made the restaurant run like a top. I wish to also mention one of the Gaucho servers named Guzman who made our meat preparation just perfect. Because of the wonderful experience we had we are looking forward to our next visit.
