Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in Harbourfront

Daphne is a restaurant truly worthy of 5 stars! I hosted my friends here for a galentines day brunch and we were truly impressed. The food was PHENOMENAL with each dish plated beautifully and rich with flavour. The staff was courteous, attentive, and friendly. Our server Armand aimed to please and succeeded in taking such great care of our table! The restaurant is SO LOVELY! The luxurious interior design adds to the experience. The manager Amanda also checks in on the tables and is so helpful with any special requests. I would highly recommend Daphne to anyone who loves delicious food, A+ service, and great vibes.

Had a wonderful Valentine’s day experience. Sampled some great wine. Chef was engaging, welcoming and fun. Learned how to make our very own pizza and got to eat it too. Servers, bartenders, manager were all VERY friendly, warm, welcoming and hospitality was priority to them. Food tasted delicious! Would highly recommend trying out their experiences as a date night or simply night out with friends.

We decided to use Winterlicious to try out Aera. First of all the view is amongst the best in North America , overlooking the city with the CN tower and lakes in full view. Truly breathtaking. Our server was highly attentive. We both started with the Beet and Goats Cheese salad which was beautifully presented and bursting with flavour. My wife had the Salmon Pone Bowl with Edamame, Avocado, Quinoa flavoured with ginger and a delicious sauce. I had the Pork Loin Schnitzel with some of the best roasted potatoes I have ever eaten. The star of the meal however was the Sticky Toffee Pudding which came with praline encrusted ice cream, it scored 20 out of 10. From this first experience we have decided to celebrate our anniversary this year with dinner and some nice wine at Aera and to enjoy the full menu experience. I have had the luck through my career to have eaten at many of the worlds finest restaurants, I do not exaggerate when I say I would place Aera in my top 10 for ambience and quality. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. It is a very noisy place which is to be expected for an arcade venue.

Happy hour was not available due to Taylor Swift concert, but there was promotion for happy hour on every table. Our server had no knowledge of the menu. Have received our drinks well after we finished our appetizer and started our main. We ordered a caesar called The Morning Cure, had asked our server to make sure it was not spicy. We asked for it to have no hot sauce. Turns out it was very spicy and our server refused to have bar make another one, though we understood she forgot to make the request.
