A.O.C. is a small plates restaurant driven by seasonal ingredients, locally sourced. Our California French cuisine was developed by Chef Suzanne Goin, and also features Mediterranean influences. We have 24 wines by the glass and 150 bottles to choose from, curated by Caroline Styne, all of which are either organic, biodynamic or sustainable. Featuring a full bar with premium spirits and specialty cocktails. AOC is proud to offer both outdoor and indoor dining. Our patios feature shared heaters, however we highly recommend bringing appropriate outerwear for your comfort. Unfortunately, inclement weather may affect our ability to honor your reservation.     Fantastic birthday dinner for our daughter and her husband. First time for all of us, and we all said, as we walked out, we will definitely be back! We shared the octopus, shish kebab, and 2 schnitzel, which were fantastic. Everything was so fresh and the cucumber salad was such a nice side compliment. Really friendly staff and great ambiance.They greeted us acknowledging I had called ahead about the birthday but then forgot about the birthday dessert arrangements — but they made up for it. Only possible improvement might be the Sticky date pudding which was a little dry and could use soaking in a sauce like our family makes in Australia. Otherwise all was amazing!

    Without doubt, one of LA’s, if not California’s best places to dine. The menu is consistently inventive and delicious, and the staff always makes you feel like you are “coming home,”. Brunch was so marvelous yesterday that we are going back for an encore today!
