Best Sunday Lunch Restaurants in Dufferin County

We had an amazing dining experience at Chop Steakhouse. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. Our server, Shawn, was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the Prime Rib and the Filet Mignon, both cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The quality of the meat was top-notch, and the sides complemented the dishes perfectly. For drinks, we enjoyed a crisp Pinot Grigio and the Southern Hospitality cocktail, which was a great mix of flavors—refreshing and well-balanced. Overall, the atmosphere was inviting, the service was impeccable, and the food was outstanding. We will definitely be back! Would highly recommend Chop Steakhouse to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

Bhuna gosht was delicious, dahi kebab was okay and galouti was really bad, stretchy and chewy is something a galouti should never be. It's name suggests otherwise. The breads were decent. Overall, Main curry was the only saving grace in terms of taste and quality of food. The ambience is good, and the serving staff were helpful.

We enjoyed the food & our server did her best but they seemed short staffed or hadn’t planned for staff. We were waiting 7 minutes at the door with a reservation ( only 1 person seating) And we waited for drinks - server was spread train with too many tables.

We are regulars and sadly today the food was not up to par. The Caesar salad was way too garlicky and soggy from too much dressing, and my spaghetti was bland. Please also keep salt and pepper on the table. Our server was outstanding and the birthday cake and sparkler is a very nice touch. Overall a pleasant experience!
