Best Restaurants for a Quick Bite in Gatineau

The server was wonderful, however it was a quiet night so couldn't rate the ambiance. We will definitely return to a night when there is live music. Cute little hidden gem in the byward market.

Parlour went above and beyond to make my birthday special, there was even a menu with my name on it. The food was delicious and they accommodated all our dietary restrictions including vegan options! There was a cold wind where we were sitting but when asked if it could be turned off, they did so right away! Thanks for a fun night.

Always love visiting this spot but we have to give a shoutout to our server who was phenomenal! He had only been working at Gburger for two weeks but you'd never know. He was beyond kind, attentive and really made our experience that much better. If I didn't know he was new we would have assumed he owned the place because he treated his role/job with such care of someone who's very invested in their workplace. So shoutout to hiring amazing staff!! Food of course was great, and amazing value compared to what you get now most places.

I made and later confirmed a reservation for tonight (Wednesday) at 5:00 p.m.at the Sparks Steet location as we were going to a concert at the NAC. When we arrived at 5:08 p.m. the check in desk had no resrvation made in my name (first or last) or for the reservation number I was given by Open Table, the online reservation system. Fortunately, two friends were seated so we sat down with them. Had the reservation been for a busier night we would have been turned away.
