Best Global Restaurants in Greensboro

This was our first visit to Pangaea. We had been to the space when it was another restaurant, but they did a nice job of updating the space. It is very welcoming and has a nice relaxed vibe. The service was friendly and attentive. My wife and I had the 3 course dinner option. I had the butternut squash soup to start. It was tasty. My wife had the foamy mozzarella salad, which was a unique take on a caprese salad and she loved it. I had the pork tenderloin and my wife had the seafood paella. Both were excellent and the portion sizes were perfect. For desert I had the molten lava cake and my wife had the cheesecake. Both were excellent. We plan to return here again soon!

So glad we came across this hidden gem! Our food and service were great. Brendan, our server, was attentive, charismatic, and very knowledgeable of the menu. We enjoyed the seasonal salad and Brussels Caesar. The Margherita flatbread was fresh and flavorful. The shrimp and salmon was well-seasoned with a spicy kick. The spicy rigatoni pasta was flavorful and had just the right amount of spice. We loved the impressive spirits menu. The lemon cake was my light and not too sweet. Delicious! Looking forward to returning!

We had a great meal at Elements. My friend had the Salmon Wellington and I had the peppered tuna special. We also ordered the Chinese buns to start which were just incredible. Our server Lizzie was wonderful.
