The dining room has been renovated to provide a lounge space, and opened up to provide some natural light to make the space more warm and inviting.Davis Pardon under the guidance of James Beard nominee Alex Perry, brings a seasonal twist on some southern favorites. We offer an ever changing list of dishes including steaks, oysters, fish, chicken, house made pasta and so much more. Located in the heart of historic downtown Ocean Springs, Mississippi, our establishment is a cozy historic house converted into a small restaurant. Our capacity allows us to serve a maximum group size of 4 at this time.Join us in our culinary adventure; Owner chefs Alex (the husband from Mississippi Gulf Coast) and Kumi (the wife from Japan) create menus inspired by the seasons, preservation efforts, and whatever sounds tasty each day for our valued guests. We are a proud supporter of small scale local / regenerative farmers and sustainable seafood industry.So please, let us cook for you.     Went on Valentine’s Day, has a prepaid menu (which was expected) . Our starters were really good, I had lobster bisque and wife had goat cheese dip. We both had the wagyu beef. While the taste was exceptional the beef was a just a touch stringy. This did not at all ruin anything….we’ve had same dish at this restaurant previously and it is remarkable. For desert we had king Napoleon and chocolate crème brûlée. They were good, only thing we didn’t like is we had to have one of each, didn’t realize we could not choose either or. Again not a big deal, we had a fantastic time great Pinot noir. This has become our favorite restaurant.

    The tasting menu was an incredible value!! Five delicious courses served very graciously for $99, We( 4 of us) also did the wine pairing. I greatly prefer red wines to white and our friendly, knowledgeable server graciously agreed to substitute reds for the white wines. Most amazingly, the substituted reds had a very similar profile to the whites and paired beautifully with the courses. We’ll be back

    Everyone was so nice. My son really enjoyed his birthday celebration. The manager checked in with us several times to make sure everything was ok.
