Best Asian Restaurants in Kansas City

First time at Blue Sushi. We loved it. Food was amazing! Our server was very attentive and explained the menu to us. We definitely will be back!

We loved how the atmosphere evolved throughout the evening. It started as a quiet, intimate setting with great music and gradually became more vibrant while remaining relaxed. The brutalist-inspired design, combined with warm lighting, created a cool and inviting ambiance. The food was both playful and delicious, and the drinks were expertly crafted. Sitting at the chef’s table made the experience even more enjoyable as we engaged with the staff and watched the artistry behind each dish. From start to finish, it was a fantastic experience, and we will be back.

Excellent Staff and Service! Sushi was good but the Crab Rangoon was excellent! First time I’ve had this where there is actually bits of crab and seasonings in a Rangoon! Not frozen they said made fresh.
