As a result, we will be temporarily adjusting our operating hours and have updated our practices for everyone's safety.Pizza pies and craft beer is what we handle best. Individual brick oven-style pizzas with wood-fired crusts made with All Trumps flour, San Marzano tomatoes, whole milk mozzarella and house-made toppings along with Italian-inspired appetizers, pasta dishes, Panini’s and salads.     First time dinning at Delmonico Steakhouse and all I can say is 5 Stars across the board. Location is convenient, atmosphere is inviting, and the food was perfect. But the service was the best we’ve ever seen. Matt our server who has worked at Delmonico for 23-Years made our night one to remember. This is a must visit while in Las Vegas and Emeril Lagasse once again doesn’t disappoint. But make sure and ask for Matt, you will not be disappointed!

    We ate at the Bar and it was a wonderful experience. Lindsey and Ryan were tremendous hosts (bar tenders). We felt like we were in their home as they engaged with us on so many levels. They were advisors on both food and drink, attentive to our needs, and they provided interesting conversation. The food was outstanding, too. We really enjoyed the Cremini Mushroom Pizzette and the Shaved Brussel Sprouts Salad.

    Fast and very friendly service. Food was great. We had the bbq sandwich and chicken sandwich both came w fries. Both were fantastic. We would recommend both. Only complaint I have is the pricing. Like all of Vegas pricing is steep for basic items. 2 sandwiches and just water- $65 plus tax & tip and we did look at the drink menu. Average drink start at $20 and go way up from there. Again - we knew pricing going in, just sharing our experiance.
