Best Gluten Free Restaurants in Darien

We had a truly lovely time at Taurasi. Everyone was so friendly and competent, the food was absolutely delicious, and the ambiance was warm and inviting. Servoce was quick, but nobody made us feel rushed at any point. The noise level was moderate, loud enough so others couldn't hear you but you could still hear everyone in your party. We will definitely be back!

We had a late Valentine’s Day celebration combined with our wedding anniversary. I selected Thassos as our place of celebration, and oh how we felt like royalty! The food- just incredible. The service- best you’ll find in Chicago. The drinks? - better than those I’ve had at restaurants in New York or Denver. Such a romantic setting for our special day and I can’t thank Thassos enough for the beautiful memories we have created there.. Do yourself a favor and make a reservtaion, because this place has always been packed when I’ve been here and it’s no surprise! I can’t stop thinking about that Shrimp appetizer with red sauce and feta!! Out of this world!!

First time dining at Dolce Restaurant & Wine Bar. Experience was very pleasant and positive on a snowy Valentines evening. Service was very good. Daisy, our server was very attentive and made some very good recommendations. The food was great. Very well prepared and presented. No surprises. My wife and I really enjoyed the live piano music which set a wonderful background for a romantic Valentines dinner. Overall the noise level was very moderate and easy to have a conversation. The prices were inline with the quality of food and service. Definitely will visit Dolce again for the next special occasion.

We had the Valentine Special - Surf & Turf. It has 2 Filet medallions with winter truffle crust and a 4 oz Blue Crab stuffed Lobster Tail, Roasted Broccolini and Mary's potatoes. My husband changed the potatoes to Betty's and the vegetable to garlic green beans. I ate both the tails and he ate most of the beef. He took home some leftovers. We tasted one of their new wines, White Meritage, which was delicious. We took a bottle home. We had a glass of Malbec with dinner. We always share a Caesar salad. Everything was delicious and cooked very well. Rosa, our favorite server, took fantastic care of us. She is a fantastic person! She remembers our favorites and always has a smile!

My wife and I celebrated Valentines Day by having lunch at Neat Kitchen + Bar. We thoroughly enjoyed the food! The best layered carrot cake I think I have ever had!
