Amazing Sushi and Exceptional Service! Umiya is hands down the best sushi restaurant I have ever been to! The quality and freshness of the sushi are unmatched, with every bite bursting with incredible flavor. Whether you're a fan of classic rolls, sashimi, or specialty creations, Umiya delivers perfection on every plate. Beyond the food, the service is outstanding. Hands down best restaurant in Vegas, hamachi is my favorite appetizer (get two if you have more than two people it’s the best) mushroom truffle rice is out of this world so rich in flavor. I would say the most life changing thing on the menu is the coconut dessert
