Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. The restaurant was awarded a coveted MICHELIN Star in the 2022 & 2023 edition of the MICHELIN Guide Florida. Led by award-winning chef Melissa Kelly, our restaurant serves authentic Italian cuisine, featuring organic produce and a carefully crafted wine list. The menu focuses on the farm-to-table experience with seasonal highlights including produce, honey and eggs sourced from on-premises Primo Garden and Whisper Creek Farm in addition to Mick's Farm and Frog Song Organics in the local community. All seafood is also locally sourced from Florida waters, including clams from Cedar Key, white shrimp and squid from Cape Canaveral, and Snapper, grouper, and other seasonal catch from Ponce Inlet. Mountain Trail Farm in Clermont, FL provides Primo with whole pigs, which are prepared several different ways.     This place definitely deserves a Michelin star rating. It was fabulous from the wine to the bread to the main course, Everything was perfect The staff were superb - not overwhelming but always there when we needed them and very knowledgeable. There was a violinist who was amazing. Highly recommend the place

    Our dining experience at A Land Remembered on Valentine’s Day was absolutely fabulous, from start to finish. The entire wait staff was extremely friendly, prompt and accommodating; the ambience was beautiful; and the food was truly amazing — from the bread basket to the shrimp cocktail (the shrimps were the size of baby lobsters!) to the soups to the appetizers to the main course. And a special shout-out to our server, Jeannette, who was simply wonderful. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be dining here again soon.

    Had an exceptional Valentines Day with a fantastic tasting server Holly. Place was so crowded our reservation was delayed about 30 minutes but staff was very good about keeping us informed. Dinner was very good also, Charles did a very nice job.

    Had a wonderful meal and overall experience. We weren’t sure what to expect with the limited menu but Primo did not disappoint! The bread service, appetizers and entrees were all excellent. I enjoyed the octopus starter and the pork saltimbocca, my wife had the brodo and gemelli with mushrooms & chicken- all were fabulous- definitely order the bread service too! Gio and Allie our servers were attentive and professional- Gio made some great wine pairing suggestions! Great food, service and overall experience!
