At Bavette, the consumer will enjoy complete transparency of its food moving from farm to plate. We just came back from Italy and think Sorella is as close as you can get to traditional Italian cuisine in the Milwaukee area. We ordered burrata appetizer, spicy vodka w/pepperoni pizza, and spaghetti pomodoro. For dessert we ordered the flourless chocolate cake and espresso. Food was great overall, we love spicy so the burrata and pizza were perfect. Will definitely be back to try more pizza and pasta.

Dinner was delicious - we had the filet & rib eye, both cooked perfectly. Great wedge salad. Nice ambience, very good service - not rushed. Server gave us free glass of champagne since we were celebrating an anniversary - nice touch

The pizza, staff, and live music was phenomenal at Transfer Pizza. I had the pizza of the month and wished I would’ve ordered the larger size to have leftovers. The staff were engaging and thoughtful. The tiramisu was a great treat at the end of my meal.
