- MmartinvipGreater Boston •75 reviews4.0Dined on 20 Oct 2024Sushi was prepared well, but the plating was spectacular! Some sushi had the tell-tale sign of being pre-prepared (chilled fish, cold, dry rice), but other maki was fresh and we were able to have the chef make a substitution in the preparation without any issues. Most of the menu items are made with crème cheese, which is unusual to say the least. Our only real problem with this restaurant is the noise - we were there mid afternoon and the place was only 1/2 full, yet my iPhone kept on alerting me to noise levels above 110 decibels. That kind of noise makes it hard to put this place on our “must return” list of restaurants. That and the fact that the server conveniently tapped the 20% gratuity tab on the screen when we went to pay our bill. We left the additional 20% , but really wish it had been our choice because there was a definite communication problem with our server who spoke better Portuguese than EnglishMore infoSam Sushi Art & MusicPrice: Moderate• Sushi• Framingham•3.9
