We are open Tuesday thru Saturday 12pm to 9:30pm. We are a small family owned Italian restaurant, which takes pride in serving delectable meals to our guests. Our outdoor patio is covered. Due to limited seating we cannot guarantee your reservation will be assigned indoors, and hold your table for more than 10 min past your reservation time. $20 no show fee per person will be charged.We are a scratch kitchen, all our (vegan) pastas, breads, desserts, sauces, salad dressings are homemade.     We had a great time sitting at the Chef’s counter. Everything from the drinks, my wife had the Rosé and I had the Moroccan mint tea, to the incredible crispy lamb hummus with fresh hot & puffy pita, to the roasted beet salad and the lamb chops were incredible. The service was timely and the atmosphere was so lively. Really nice place to go while in Portland. Can’t wait to go back with some friends.

    Piattino is one of the best restaurants in the Pearl district. We had the lamb shank and the risotto al nero (squid ink risotto) and both were excellent, the risotto is one of the best squid ink dishes I have had in this country. The restaurant was fairly busy when we were there for lunch, but food arrived fairly fast and the waiter (sorryI didn't get his name) did an excellent job. Finally, the restaurant is very nicely decorated and has a super cozy feel, it was especially nice today because it was drizzling outside.

    The place has a good atmosphere. The service is great, They are attentive without being obtrusive a hard balance to strike. The food is good. The value at happy hour was quite good. Really do my wife and I finish dinner at around $50 and that was with 2 ciders. It was a perfect place to have dinner being only a mile from the Moda center where we saw a concert that night. If you are looking for a place to eat that is close to event centers this is a great option.
