At Edelsatt the focus is squarely on the venison. The unique concept developed by the owners uses source animals that have lived in local forests and pasture land where they feed naturally. The resulting burgers at Edelsatt have a natural smoky-spicy flavor enhanced by a variety of buns and toppings. The Champion burger includes bacon and mint horseradish. The Edel Satt burger features caramelized onion and cranberries. The food and atmosphere were great, but it was disappointing to find out that even though 7 out of 8 people arrived for dinner, we were still charged 30eur for the 8. person who was not able to join that evening.
