There were four of us and we were able to share everything. The Wildfire chopped salad was great as always. Steaks were cooked well, salmon was good. Bacon wrapped scallops always one of my husbands favorite. I got the prime rib prix fix and it was fantastic!!!! 10/10, but feel free to skip out on the valentine’s cheesecake. All were accompanied with a California red wine blend. Note to mgr: please put that tomato, onion & blue cheese salad on the regular menu… it was a winner! All food was cooked to perfection. Our server, Stacie, did an excellent job…courteous & fun!
