Best Kid Friendly Restaurants in Southport

Being very familiar with the always popular Sally’s in New Haven, I was happy to find the same great pizza here! Staff is terrific as well, very friendly and accommodating.

Good Detroit style pizza, undercooked Brussels sprouts appetizer, and sluggish service. But we’ll be back. Keep at it, folks.

The igloo experience is soo worth it! You get the entire igloo to yourself and the heaters inside make it nice and cozy. The waitress (madison) was super friendly and attentive. Drinks and food were both flowing at a steady pace. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fun outdoor experience in the cold weather!

Enjoyed our dinner. We've been to Banc House many times and it never fails to please. Great ambiance and staff.

Went for Fairfield Restaurant Week. Been here once before but sat outside on patio. A much better experience. The food was very, very good, The Chicken Scarpariello was delicious, great portion, spicy, but not overly hot. My wife had Sesame Teriyaki Salmon Bowl which she raved about. Serve was sketchy . It was not very attentive. Started OK but faded toward the end. We never got the coffee we ordered with our dessert. The real problem was the noise. The dining room was never more than one quarter full but the noise from the adjacent crowded bar filled the entire space. Very high ceilings which made it worse. Would definitely return for the food, but will wait for spring/summer and sit outside.
