Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. I now want to share what I've learned with all of you in a place I can call my own.With the help of my wonderfully supportive wife, Gilda and my wonderful family behind me, I look forward to what's to come. The restaurant itself looked tastefully decorated for the holidays allowing us to relax in a holiday mood. The food and wait staff was amazing as usual. The time that stuck out most to me was when the acting manager came over to our table to say hi and see how our night was going. He remembered that we were married there 6+ years ago. That attention to detail is what makes this establishment our night-out dining choice.

We were warmly greeted by our friendly waiter Mario who provided superior customer service throughout our dinner. The food was superb from apps to entrees. A very memorable experience for everyone in our party. Highly recommend this restaurant for special occasions.
