We started In Good Taste in 2020 with one goal in mind, to make wine more accessible and less intimidating for the everyday drinker. Close friends and co-founders Joe Welch and Zach Feinberg collaborated with award-winning winemaker Matt Smith to source wine from top winemaking regions. Together they curated a portfolio of high-quality wines into tasting flights, featuring six or eight single-glass servings in our patented 187ml mini bottle. As our customers’ palates and preferences expanded, so did our wine selection. In 2023 we opened our first tasting room. Come join us for a flight!

We have always very much enjoyed dining at Ristobar, and last night was no exception. What a beautiful and welcoming place! The service could not have been more friendly and attentive, everybody enjoyed their drinks, and our salads and pastas were deliciously rich with nuanced flavors. We were also very appreciative of the many gluten free options available! This is very important for one of the folks in our party, and we're happy she could enjoy her meal without worry. Ristobar is a perfect choice for a pre-show meal before heading over to the Palace of Fine Arts. We very much look forward to our next visit. Thank you very much!

Excellent pasta and pizza. We enjoyed a wonderful birthday celebration at Fiorella. We had a 8:15 reservation but were seated by 8PM. We sat outside and were initially worried it might get cold but the heat lamps and mostly enclosed space were surprisingly comfortable. The four of us shared 2 pizzas, 2 pastas and 2 salads.

Overall, a pretty good dinner. Good seasonal menu items. The prosciutto and persimmon salad was great; the pizza was a bit undercooked but still pretty good; blueberry lemon cake was ordinary but good. A bit on the loud side, but it was busy so that’s expected. Great service as always.
