Each day, the restaurant receives natural, local organic meats and produce from nearby vendors. Have eaten at Salty's for many years, both in Portland and at the Seatle location. I can't remember ever having a bad meal, the menu and quality of the food is always superb. The wait staff at our recent dinner was very efficient and pleasant to interact with, we tipped accordingly. We would strongly recommend to anyone desiring a "first class" experience and delicious meal to visit either location.

We come here to eat all the time. The food is great, depending on your budget it can be pricey but the food is really well worth it. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.
