Brilliant from start to finish. Service was great and the food was delicious. I really like this Richmond branch as it is light and airy.

We were looked after by the wonderful Vanessa upstairs and she was absolutely brilliant and professional. We hadn’t been to Sticks’n’Sushi since the menu change so we were excited to try. We ordered our usuals plus the new mushroom croquettes. These were delicious but definitely on the smaller side and for £8.90 just expected a little more. We couldn’t help but notice the cauliflower sauce lacked its usual punch and was slightly more watered down and the scallops are now more pasty than scallop which is a shame. They were still delicious none the less so we didn’t complain, just noticed. Vanessa and our drinks service was quick and efficient and because it was raining we were kindly offered a Sticks’n’Sushi umbrella to take away with us which we loved. Small things like that really make a difference and elevate a dining experience. A great night had overall.

Excellent food and ambiance. Service rather slow due to being so popular. Means that the meal for 6 people took 3 hours, which means that the Resturant cannot get more covers per table per evening.

Great food, quick service. If you like modern sushi and sashimi they have a great selection. Could do with some cocktails and didn’t have non-alcoholic drinks for adults.
